Thanks Bob,I lived and played around ATL for 11+yrs.I left in 98' to move to Nashville. I love it here,it works for what I do.
When I was living there, there were quite a few places to play country/rock but then things started closeing and I thought to myself...If I'm gonna be broke,I might as well be broke where it counts...so I moved to Nashville...lol
Hope to meet you as well sometime my friend.
keep Rockin brother,
Tom

Oh, a classical string quartet, I may be able to find one for you. I'll check into it. I do know Tucker Stn, my friend Darryl Ott played with them and his girlfriend sings with them. I haven't seen them in a time. All the best to you as well Bob, hope to meet in person soon. Steph

I've been to Hel-en back (hee hee)-came back and 9 months later and Chandler was born ;-)

Let me know if it gets to rough up there and you need some more people to help you in those awful weekend living conditions -and getting paid as well!! That's what I'm talkin' about!

WIB 3 sadly is dark this year-the economic times hit everywhere-no sponsors. If I know Michele next year for sure!

Hugs,
E

You 're so funny for being an upstate NYk'er-8 year old boy and 17 year old girl-not playing with Sammy anymore-the harder "thing" was a one time deal. Looking for a blues/blues rock band-very hard to find the right mix. Now why hire bands and walk around with a decibel meter? Can you say acoustic guitar? Duh! Glad you had some time with the fam.

HI Bob! Just wanted to stop by and share some love-the background pic is very nice! I always wanted to be a storm chaser. How is everything? What's new? How's the family?

hey man, you got some really cool vintage drums in your photos, hit me back and tell me what you got. I need to post more pics of my gear, I got 1966 4 peice slingerland, silver sparkle set, with matching snare, 12 mount, 14 floor, and 20x14 kick BEAUTIFUL. The turquiose glass glitter in my pics is 1971 ludwigs that were recovered and totally recut and rebuilt by bonzo drum co. in conyers ga. the snare is a custom he did and its what inspired the work on the rest of the kit. originally they were chrome over maple and belonged to Hoyt Nix, the original drummer for ths swinging meldallions and were bought bran new at attinas music in forest park, ga. l got them from his wife a week after his passing, they had original heads on them with the ludwig logo and attinas logo and the floor top head had a nice cigerette burn, they were all beat up and the tom mount was striped but l knew they would still rock. l also have a 1970 set of ludwigs the sykedelic red all original in mint condition, they never leave my house! and then theres my work horse kit (cheap 1985 pearl exports) before the exports were concidered midgrade. but l have done a lot of work on them too and made them good and l do take care of thm as well. hit me back and tell me about yours. peace bro. Happy holidays, my friend. Great to hear from you! Working with a drummer you may know from back in the day, Bill Whitley, good guy, super talent...played with a band called Phaedra back in the 70's. Keep it reel and rawkin, and hope to see ya at my CD release party if you are off. Mark 1/10 on your calendar! East Atlanta Icehouse, 5 band rock fest! Luv, L.
