Your music or me: The Ultimate Ultimatum!

Hello all. My guitar player, Vince, is getting married on Saturday May 10th, 2008. His bride to be supports him in his music and understands how important it is for him to play. I wish them 70+ years of marital bliss. This is a great occassion.

And, it got me to thinking about all the musicians I've met who had to leave their spouse because he/she didn't approve or they just stopped playing to keep the peace. Boy, that's gotta be tough. I just started playing 10 years ago. Can't imagine someone… Continue

Dea r Sana

Thanks for the compliments! I had the best time of my life and enjoyed meeting old and new friends!I am so glad that Randy is doing better, but he will have a little while to go to recuperate. Please tell him I love him and that I was so glad I made it to his benefit. Everybody kicked ass and it was the best music ever. The Musicians Club is wonderful.I had no idea it had been there as long as it has. Today is Tuesday and I thing I am staying a few more days to play some music at the MUDCATZ in Dunwoody on Wed night. Took a little stroll last night through Little Fivepoints and ran into Mudcat and Lil Joe playing at some place there...LOL.
I loe you guys so much and hope to see you one more time before I leave. Lemme know whatz up, you are probably busy during the week.
Love you Sana and thanks so much for including me in the benefit.!

Hey SaNa, thanks for the request....

Coming from the southside of Chicago, blues are in my blood, and I've been fortunate enough to have played with some of the great Chicago blues cats....

I see you've worked with the Holy Smoke Band, so you've probably had the joy of playing with my main guitarist, Reginald Ward, who is a baddass blues player, as well as jazz & R&B......

Take Care!
