why hasn't anyone dropped the name of this place? it's kinda like news stories on the net that say, "video of two men beheaded today on a website somewhere out there good finding it!"
Well they are booking other blues acts I noticed. So they must have somehow managed to hide their issues, maybe my little cursing out did them some good. They are still scumbags though and I would never play there no amount of money.
hmmmmm......after one look at the face of stone mountain......these pepl probably felt they'd found the promised land!!
I too played this venue as a solo acoustic act. The audience loved me as did the staff. The German lady insulted me when I spoke with her on the telephone a few days later. Needless to say I never played there again.

- I play some originals but mostly love the older prewar acoustic blues. Used to play more electric blues but just simply got tired of it and went back to what I started on. The real stuff. I like many styles of music but nothing as good as Georgia Browns, Weaver, McTell, Moss, Frank Edwards, Tampa Red, BBQ Bob. Love Delta blues too but Atlanta blues is the real motherlode. Most people in Atlanta want to hear electric Chicago blues or R&B, Funk so it's not an easy task to make it.

- He might be stressing a little or booked out for a while. Hell I'm not back there until Sept. 25 - the best way I've found is give him some time. Try again middle or end of July. Stay after him you'll get in there. Or better for you really is the Celtic. I know Greg will book you.
