John Tombyll said… - Not yet Dave.Ben's contract ran out and he has the masters and will be getting them re mixed & remastered. I'm as anxious as you are. I have the old mix.Some of it is ok,the sounds of the instruments are great,but the mix is lacking...drums are buried,vocals are WAY up front.ect,ect. He's going to get them redone soon. I will def.keep in touch! Again, it was a pleasure to work with you. I wish i had more time to prepare for that session,as i could have done better.But, hey you know how it goes.Take car man! Those pics brought back a lot of memories for me as well. I found them quite by accident while cleaning out some old boxes in a storage unit. Good and no so good memories for me as I am sure for you too. In my humble opinion you are one of the finest bassists I have ever worked with, which may or may not mean anything to you. - I'm a bassist who worked in ATL from 1985-2001 before moving to Nashville. I played/recorded with Randall Bramblett, Francine Reed, Dan Coy Trio, Kodac Harrison, Jeni Michelson, Dunwoody Baptist Church, Kristin Hall, Jan Smith, Lou's Blues Revue and countless others. Since moving to Nashville I have toured with SugarLand, Ty Herndon and lately Micky Dolenz from The Monkees.
