Maybe at some point we could set up a writing session for who ever wants to volunteer . George I would like to check out that book.
If everybody got Dropbox we could set up a Group folder and designate in a note who would add the next part. Steve and I use Skype to video chat about parts but you can also send a plain text file along with your music part. I have also sent separate reference parts to people so they could listen to the part I wanted them to play and then mute it when they were ready to start playing with the track. Great for people like myself who are poor readers.

Thanks for the invitation. This could be both fun and valuable, seeing as how it is something most of us do a lot of these days - bound to hear some valuable information opening it up to comments this way! Good call, Michael!

I wanted to post a note about the book"Frustrated Songwriters Handbook"
I think this is a great book ! I would highly recommend this for anyone who has experienced writers block or feels like they need some real inspiration to get there music out and maybe shy or over critical of themselves.

The book encourages a group game of writing 20 songs in one 12 hour session- some great things can come out of this if you make the effort.

Let me know of anyone is interested or maybe familiar with this.
